I cannot say enough good things about Dino! From start to finish, he was absolutely fantastic. Thoughtful, caring, incredibly thorough, and genuinely invested in making sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire inspection. What really stood out was how generous he was with his time. He never once made us feel rushed, taking the time to walk us through every detail, explain his findings, answer all our questions, and make sure we truly understood everything. His patience and willingness to go above and beyond were remarkable. More than anything, Dino made us feel like family. It was clear that he wasn't simply there to perform an inspection and move on. He genuinely cared about us, our investment, and making sure we were in the best possible position moving forward. Perhaps the most valuable part of the entire experience was how empowered we felt afterward. Dino didn't just identify issues; he gave us the knowledge, clarity, and confidence to navigate the rest of the home-buying process and make informed decisions. We truly felt that we had someone in our corner advocating for our best interests. It's rare to come across someone who combines such professionalism and expertise with genuine kindness and integrity. Dino is one of those people. We are incredibly grateful for his guidance and couldn't recommend him more highly!

Dino was awesome to work with from the get go. The first time I called him for a different house, he was busy, but referred me to another inspector that was also great to work with. I unfortunately didn’t go with that home. The second time I called Dino he was able to go out and inspect the home. He was very nice and explained everything as I walked through the house with him. The biggest things he pointed out to me was the age of appliances such as the HVAC system. It’s 20 years old and if it goes bad the entire thing has to be replaced due to a certain chemical used in it. He even noticed the gas was not on while outside. Dino came back the following week to re-inspect after the seller got the gas on. He also pointed out other things that I got the seller to fix or warranty. I would use Dino again if I bought another house in the area.

I found Dino after a terrible experience with a different home inspector who missed many key issues for a property that I bought in Decatur. This experience made me extremely picky when it came to selecting a home inspector for my second property. I spent a few days researching and calling different inspectors around the neighboring area and finally landed on Dino. It was clear to me that he was an educator, an honest person, and someone with a wealth of experience and knowledge. I wanted someone thorough and proud of their work. That is Dino. He has 20+ years of experience in the industry working as a builder and an inspector. Before that, he was a Navy Diver and instructor. He’s a proud veteran and a seemingly great family man. All things that made me feel good about using Dino’s services. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you, Dino, for your service and support through the inspection process. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a trusted and reliable home inspector around metro Atlanta. Go Yellow Jackets!

Dino is the best! My husband and I are in the process of buying our first house, and Dino’s inspection and guidance made us feel so confident and assured in our home. He walked us through every little thing, which made the biggest difference as he made us feel so prioritized. He helped us get a good grasp on how much things would cost and gave us great recommendations making sure we knew what are options were. He is absolutely worth every cent, and I’m thankful to have gotten so much insight and information on our new house. I truly couldn’t recommend him more!

First time buying a home & Dino reassured me that his job was to make sure I was making a good investment. He made a very terrified & scary life changing event more comfortable. Thank you for taking care of a fellow veteran 🫡

• Manufactured home inspections
• Dino

I had a new build manufactured home inspection. Dino is very thorough, has an excellent eye for details, and explains what tools he uses and what he’s looking for. The report includes photos of areas that are part of the home systems, which allow the client to make informed decisions. He will tell you what is covered in his scope of the inspection, and let you know that if you need further information to contact the proper professionals. (If you are NOT knowledgeable about pest control, electrical, etc… it’s advisable to seek those services.) Highly recommend! If you need a comprehensive inspection, with attention to detail, don’t hesitate to contact Dino!

Dino is hands-down the best home inspector we've worked with — and we've now bought three homes, so we have real comparison points. His level of thoroughness and attention to detail is on another level. He takes the time to document everything and walks you through his findings with clear, patient explanations, so you actually understand what you're looking at. Thanks to Dino, we walked into closing on our new home knowing exactly what condition it was in — what we could handle ourselves and what needed a contractor. That peace of mind alone was worth every penny. On top of his expertise, Dino was quick to respond, thoughtful, and just a genuinely great guy to work with. If you want an inspector who treats your home purchase like it matters, hire Dino. Worth every penny!
