Customers frequently cite the owner's punctuality, thoroughness, and professional demeanor, particularly noting his ability to provide required documentation for VA loan inspections. The business is often described as responsive and honest, with staff accommodating scheduling changes and offering reasonable pricing without pushing unnecessary services. While most feedback is positive, a small number of low-star reviews mention rude communication and a lack of response to website inquiries.

I have never experienced this level of exceptional service and genuine care from a company owner in my life. Jerry, the owner and a fellow veteran, went far above and beyond to help me and my family. He actually came to my place of employment to work around my schedule and make the timing of my termite inspection as convenient as possible. Then, he drove more than an hour to my home to personally complete a thorough termite inspection required for my VA process. That kind of dedication is incredibly rare these days. As a veteran himself, Jerry truly understands what it means to serve others. He demonstrated that same humility, integrity, and commitment to service in the way he treated me and my family. He didn't just provide a service—he took the time to help, accommodate my situation, and make sure everything was handled properly. It's true what they say: veterans bring a unique sense of honor, humility, and service to everything they do. Jerry is a perfect example of that. I can honestly say that I will never use another company for my pest control needs. This company and its owner are honest, dependable, compassionate, and willing to bend over backwards to help their customers. That level of integrity and personal service is something you don't find very often anymore. Jerry, thank you from the bottom of my heart for the incredible service you provided to me and my family today. Your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made a tremendous difference, and we truly appreciate you. If you're looking for a pest control company you can trust, I highly recommend giving Jerry and his company your business. You won't just be treated like a customer—you'll be treated like family. — Bob Hightower
