Not reliable. Mike told me they could come the next day. I called to ask when he was coming. He said he would text me. I waited 2 hours and texted back. He told me he couldnt make it.. Horible communication !

Andover Pest came by same day and cleared out some wasps that had nested inside my home near a water spigot. Haven't seen any more wasps since!

I had problem with a bee nest under a second floor window. Andover Pest Control came but three hours late. The technician was there for 10 minutes. The problem was resolved but the bill came to $400 which I believe to be excessive given that he was in and out so quickly. I will not use them again

Called and within an hour they were here removing our hornets nest. One treatment and they were gone in less than 24 hours.
