Don't waste your time. They took all my info and reasons for surveying needs then sent me an email stating that due to current workload and scheduling, they can't provide a quote. I could have called a different surveyor and got the ball rolling. Instead now I have to wait until Monday. Smh
Fantastic. I live in Western Springs. I need a new fence. I called two other companies closer to my house, neither were available at all. I used Spiewak for my parents home in Park Ridge. Andrew was able to come to the Western Suburbs, no complaints! Hard worker, it was 95 degrees. Very professional, on time, and a quick turnaround with an email and paper cop. I highly recommend his company.
Highly recommend Andrew Spiewak and his team. They were incredibly responsive to my initial request and the surveyor guys that came out were extremely professional and helpful. They answered all my questions, they even came out a couple of times, which goes to show the level of detail they provide. The final plat is clear, detailed, and gave us the exact legal boundaries we needed for our upcoming project! Highly recommend this team for their accuracy, and fair pricing!

Just hired Andrew Spiewak and his team for a plat survey for an upcoming renovation project. From start to finish, I couldn't have been more impressed. From my initial call to inquire to receiving the plat, and all questions in between, they were extremely efficient and helpful. Even my architect was impressed with the level of detail they provided as well. They made the survey portion of my project 100% stress free and I will definitely be hiring them again and happy to recommend them to anyone.
