Customers frequently praise the punctuality, professionalism, and thorough cleanup provided by installation crews during window and glass replacement projects. Positive feedback highlights responsive office staff, accurate quotes, and high-quality workmanship that often results in repeat business. However, some lower-rated reviews cite significant issues with pricing transparency, unreturned communication regarding custom orders, and installation errors such as improper sealing that led to water damage or fogging.

Andy’s Glass did an exceptional job on our window replacement service. From Peter the outside sales specialist, Angela the inside sales specialist and especially Manny and Mauricio who did a fantastic job on all the installations. Would highly recommend!
We love hearing this! Peter, Angela, Manny, and Mauricio make a great team, and I’m so glad they took good care of you from start to finish. Thank you for choosing Andy’s Glass and for recommending us!

This means so much to us! We've worked hard to build our reputation over the years, and hearing this makes it all worth it. Thank you for your trust and support!
My order and my install was great. I just replaced an upper window that was leaking so I’m already ready for the rain.
I used to refer Andys Glass to all my customers before I retired from Affordable Window Coverings. I would not use anyone else to work on my personal home Windows except Andys.
Thanks for the great install.

We had an excellent experience with Andy’s Glass from start to finish. The installation crew arrived on time every day and worked incredibly hard through three days of temperatures over 100 degrees. They remained professional, careful and committed to doing the job well despite the heat.
The new windows are beautiful, and the frames added an architectural design element to our home that I hadn’t expected. The difference is remarkable.
Communication was also excellent. Every question was answered promptly by email, and the company followed through professionally throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Andy’s Glass for their workmanship, reliability and customer service.
What a wonderful review! Our crews definitely battled some serious heat, and I love hearing that their hard work didn't go unnoticed. Even better that your new windows exceeded your expectations! We appreciate you taking the time to recognize our team and trusting us with your home!
Andy's Glass installed 33 windows at my home . These were Milgard warranty replacement windows and every aspect of my dealings with Andy's was first class. Quoting , scheduling and follow up were all timely and professional. The install took a day and a half and their install staff were very thorough , polite and punctual. So far the windows look great and fingers crossed will be fine for next 10 years
