Adding to my original review, Animal Care Center is an amazing place and I would highly recommend anyone to them. All staff, are super friendly and personable, and I have a very shy dog but he loves going there. And anytime there has been something close to an emergency, they always find time. It's a fantastic place. Great experience. Our puppy needed a last minute appointment and they were able to squeeze us in. The staff is so nice! Even our timid puppy ended up loving them by the end of the visit.

The service provided to our Australian Cattle Dog, Gus, was the exam and shots that are part of the health care for a senior dog his age. Thank you all for your kind treatment!!! It was exactly what was required.

We have been taking our 10 yr old German Shepherd here for several years. The staff are all friendly and good with my dog, Charlee. She has always received great care and attention. The only problem I have had is with a care plan that I signed up for with them. I just found out it has a $150 cancellation fee that I do not remember having been discussed or pointed out. I have paid for this plan for 16 months and only found out about this fee when I mentioned I was considering stopping the plan. The vet assistant said it is not up to them, that it is the care plan’s rules. I did agree to the plan- but should have been told about the fees. Their care has always been excellent.

Dr Kelly Stark always does a great job!

I was unable to drive to an office visit, so the staff suggested a home visit for both of our pups. The day before, Dr. Capor sent me a text with an overview to confirm what each exam would entail and sent estimates so I was aware of associated costs. The day of, I was pleasantly surprised at how the pups did getting their exams at home as I was concerned it may be difficult being that they were not in a smaller exam room setting. Dr. Capor and her assistant (I'm SO sorry, I didn't catch her name), got down on the floor with our pups and took the time to thoroughly exam them one at a time and give them their respective vaccines and administer bloodwork that was necessary, etc. Dr. Capor and her assistant were excellent with our pups and so very kind and gentle throughout the entire process. That evening, they sent me a text with test results and the next day, I received another text to follow up with additional bloodwork results. I'm truly pleased with their office and staff and I know by our pups reactions, they are comfortable as well!!!
