I highly recommend Animal Eye Care Associates! My pup was referred here and I was quickly scheduled for a consult and then quickly scheduled for surgery. Every single person I interacted with was kind and caring and communication was wonderful throughout. I feel lucky and grateful that they were able to provide such quick and thorough care for my pup.

I had such a great experience here - we were referred with a kitty with an eye infection that just wouldn't heal, and the doctor was so patient, kind and knowledgeable. I so appreciated her taking the time to field all of my questions, and explain not only what she was doing & why, but how the treatment plan would work. If I could give 10 stars I would - well worth the 2 hour drive!

Dr. Fontenelle was INCREDIBLE!! Her knowledgeability and kindness truly helped. We adopted our schnauzer almost 3 years ago. The care and kindness that everyone put into our baby is incredible! I’d pay 10 million for that!!! Bentley can see clearly already!!!!!!!!! Praise God for y’all!!!! Thank you!!!!! If your pup ever has issues with their eyes head on over because they will not disappoint!!

My dog has been a patient of Dr. Fontenelle’s for a few years now, and I couldn’t be happier with her care. She is thorough, efficient, and was quick to diagnose my dog’s eye disorder and get it under control; zero flare-ups since her diagnosis in 2022. I’m also thrilled that this new office has opened up in Durham- much closer to my home than the Cary office!
