Customers frequently praise the staff's patience with anxious pets and the quality of cat grooming services, noting that appointments are often managed via text. However, a recurring criticism involves pricing discrepancies, where clients report being charged significantly more than quoted or listed online, particularly for specific breeds like Goldendoodles. Some reviewers also express dissatisfaction with the handling of fearful dogs, citing rough baths or improper nail trimming.

Thank you so much!! 🙂
It’s hard to give a proper review, as my dog is terrified of baths, water, and loud noises. It’s clear that they don’t know how to deal with rescues, but I can understand she’s a difficult dog. I ended up staying there and holding her the whole time, and she got a poor hair cut and a pretty rough bath. She sat still for the haircut, but the bath she was terrible. I even requested to not have a bath and just the haircut, to which they insisted on bathing. The price wasn’t horrible, but I could’ve done the same thing at home myself with less stress for cheaper. I’ve only had short hair dogs so I’ve never had an experience with a groomer. The groomer I was assigned to, I believe her name was Debra, did not understand how to handle a nervous dog. I don’t blame her for the poor haircut, but I wish they saw her anxiety and told me they couldn’t accommodate her before taking her in. There was another woman there that was helpful and tried to make my dog more comfortable who was very friendly. I took her to the Petco groomers prior to bringing her here and got a better haircut and didn’t have to stay there. I hoped this groomer would give a better experience, but they were inexperienced. Thank you, but I’m going to stick with learning to groom her myself.

Laura at Animal House is absolutely amazing! She grooms my cat, Mia, and the experience is always fantastic. Laura is incredibly gentle, patient, and clearly understands cats on a deep level. Mia can be a bit sensitive, but Laura makes her feel calm and safe the entire time. Mia comes home looking fantastic and clearly comfortable — no stress, no trauma, just a beautifully groomed and happy cat. It’s such a relief to find someone you can truly trust with your pet. I can’t recommend Laura enough for anyone looking for expert, compassionate cat grooming!
Thank you so much. Your baby is amazing. She makes my job easy. The way you care for her at home shows when she's with me. So bravo to you!! ❤️
I am so thankful to have found a place to trim cat nails. I have been bringing my cat here for years! They truly always do an amazing job and have very reasonable prices. The staff are always helpful and extremely kind to my pet which I, of course, love
I cannot speak highly enough of Laura and her exceptional cat grooming skills. My beloved feline companion Gigi is typically quite skittish and easily stressed, but Laura's soothing demeanor and gentle touch put both me and my kitty at ease from the moment we met her. It’s been a few years now… Not only did Laura give my princess Gigi a thorough bath, but she went above and beyond to ensure that my fur baby was flea-free and healthy. 🧼📆😷She carefully inspected every inch of my cat's coat, expertly removing one pesky flea she found along the way. Furthermore, Laura provided me with invaluable tips and advice on how to prevent future flea infestations and keep my cat's coat in tip-top shape. I am incredibly grateful for the care and attention to detail that Laura showed throughout the grooming process. It is clear that she is truly passionate about what she does and genuinely cares for the well-being of her furry clients. I highly recommend Laura to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate cat groomer. Thank you, Laura, for taking such great care of my cat!
Thank you!! You're visits are always the highlight of my day. You do a wonderful job keeping your baby calm. That's what good Mom's do 😘
