We had a great grooming experience for our medium doodle. Ask for Erika, she's so kind and skilled.
They treat there staff poorly. Very unprofessional. I will not board my dogs there again.

Excellent experiences with them for boarding my goldendoodle and special needs German shepherd. Perfect grooming, also! Very satisfied!
I boarded my dog there for 7 days. Everyone was friendly and welcoming the morning Henry (Labradoodle) was dropped off. We had to return from vacation 2 days early due to a family emergency. When we got there the woman at the desk was nice, however, seemed frazzled. She went in the back to get Henry, then took him to the grooming room to spray him off. He smelled of urine. What I found out; the last feeding is at 5:30ish then the staff leaves for the day and returns in the morning just before 8am. He received 2 walks per day between 8am-6pm. After the staff goes home the dogs are left to go to bathroom in their kennel. This the urine smell. Henry was fully housetrained. Upon leaving we asked the attendant what form of payment they accepted, credit or cash. We had both. She said either, never mentioning a 4% card charge. Because it was never mentioned, we used the credit card. I called the credit card company, Discover, that said it is not their policy to charge the fee, it was Animal Inn. Be careful of places that don't have recent reviews or only 5 out of 5 ratings. Someone warned me before and I didn't listen.
Benji was in their care while my family and I traveled to Tampa. I definitely found Benji to be beautiful and well cared for. Thank you so much, you're great.
Our dogs have stayed there twice since moving to thr area this year and our golden just got his first grooming services done. Best grooming he’s ever had! People are nice and prices are right! Love it here :)
Our dog boards here about once per month, and she is so excited every time we drop her off. The staff know her immediately by name as soon as we show up, and they take great care of her. She's pretty anxious, and we are so relieved that she feels comfortable at this boarding facility - it has not always been the case! Thanks to Nancy and team!
