I’m not even going to waste time typing a story book. Let the screenshots speak for themselves. Long story short, Molly was my 4y old daughter’s 1y old cat. She was mistakenly let out of my house while we were away on vacation and came home pregnant. She successfully gave birth to one kitten but was unable to give birth to the other kittens. I took her to the vet, they did an ultrasound, told me there were 4 more healthy kittens, gave her a shot of oxytocin (without even informing me, until it was time to pay; which was fine in the moment because I wanted her to be helped) and i was told to take her home and give her “Time”. Almost 36 hours passed and her labor seemed to stop completely but she was playing, happy, and eating. I still against better judgement took her back to Chester where he decided to do a c section and spay, however she never made it home alive. And stories changed so many times between the FACEBOOK MESSAGES I WAS RECEIVING and the periodic phone calls.AND HERE WE ARE ANF IM STILL MISSING A KITTEN! I requested records and medical notes on Sept 17th the DAY SHE DIED today is Sept 28th and nothing even though i’ve been told they would send them!

Went there in 2023 to take my cat to get neutered by Dr. Chester got a call he was fine and was ready almost ready to come home and an hour later got a call again telling me he died he will kill ur animal without a hesitation here’s y’all’s proof that he was fine before surgery and how he came out They also went to lunch and left my cat alone while he was still recovering and he died while they were at lunch He gave my cat way to much anesthesia and wanted to cut him open once again to see why he died and my response was ABSOLUTELY NOT Don’t be taking ur pets to Chester unless u want a dead animal
My family has been taking our pets to Dr. Chester and the Animal Medical Clinic for years, and there really is no other clinic like them!! Often with other clinics and animal hospitals, you're quoted high prices upfront for every possible evaluation, blood test, and X-ray right off the bat. When you have multiple animals, that can feel overwhelming and hard to navigate. At Animal Medical Clinic, they take a practical, step-by-step approach and are completely transparent about pricing. I never have to worry about breaking the bank to get my animals the quality care they need. This is so important since many pet parents put off veterinary care due the stress of finances, but Animal Medical Clinic makes it accessible and stress-free! Dr. Chester and Dr. Provine are both amazing, and the entire staff, especially the sweet ladies at the front desk, are always so warm and helpful! Thank you Animal Medical Clinic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- Price assessment: Great price
- Services: Large animals
Horrible experience, as a new pet owner with a sick kitten I trusted them to help me get down to the cause on why my kitten was throwing up and not eating. After being told it was a simple “stomach bug” and just given antibiotics. I trusted the fact that my kitten was in good hands only to have my kitten throw up 13 times that night after giving the medication they gave me. As they are not open Fridays I rushed to another pet clinic in Alpharetta where it was a complete opposite experience and they helped actually figure out my kitten’s underlying cause and gave him the proper medication he needed! It’s heartbreaking that I actually trusted they would help cure my pet and actually would help when in reality I was in the waiting room longer than we were seen yet charged way more than the place in Alpharetta did! PLEASE as a loving pet person take your it pets ANYWHERE else
