Love Dr Margaret and all her staff. So good and helpful plus treat animals holistically and responsibly. Highly recommend
I would like to thank Dr Margaret and her amazing staff for the heart felt card and rose that we received today for the loss of our dog Annie. We truly appreciate it and appreciate all the care that was given for her over the years. Thank you so much!!!
We have a dog that we had to muzzle every time we took him to the Vet. Dr. Margaret and staff were so amazing that we didn't need a muzzle. You guys have no idea how much that means to me to not have a muzzle on him. They actually took the time to make my dog comfortable during the visit. Also, Dr. Margaret had a book out and explained everything about what was going on with him. I would 100% recommend these wonderful people to anyone who has a animal in need. They went above and beyond in my eyes to help us. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.
Thank you so much for your recommendation!
I would highly recommend anyone with a pet to use the clinic, it is so very comfortable, the staff is extremely professional, compassionate, and incredibly caring. The Dr. Is one of the Best I have ever taken my dog to, they care about the relationship between person and animal.
Dr. Margaret has been our family’s Vet always, with my 1st memory being our 1st batch of kittens when I was 5. Her and all of her staff are amazing. They know what they’re doing and they really do care. They’ve cried along side of us during times of loss and walked with us through it. They’ve set us up for success when we have newly rescued animals. When there’s been an emergency, they do whatever they can to help. They listen and they educate to help us be the best pet owners we can. Several years ago, we moved over an hour away. We continue our care here and make the trek, because it’s worth it. We’ve actually met other community members that have moved to our same area that also continue to vet here. Thank you, Animal Wellness Center of Buffalo Valley for loving and caring so expertly well!
The staff from front desk reception all of the way through to Dr. Margaret are always professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to ensure that all of your questions are answered and tend to any concerns you may have regarding your pet. They take the utmost care of your pets, almost as if your pet was their own. I would trust them with any pet that I have now or futuristically - any type or breed. They far exceed my expectations over and over with regards to my pets’ care and needs. I hesitate to leave this review because I don’t want them to become busier than they already justifiably are but one needs to give credit where credit is due.
We receive the greatest care for all of our animals. Dr. Margaret and staff are wonderful. I would and have recommended them
