We called on the day we were looking for a tour, and Lisa very kind to book one for us that afternoon. Craig our guide took us on a leisurely ride explaining the history of what we were seeing and answering all of our questions. We have visited Europe four time and taken may tours. This was one of the best! Thank you Lisa and Craig.
This was an exceptionally well guided tour of all our points of interest. Lisa was extremely helpful in arranging a convenient time and providing all the necessary information to keep our trip free of stress. Craig guided us through all parts of the city with interesting anecdotes, regional lore, and even a chance encounter with a local dignitary. A great time was had by everyone despite our very eclectic interests.
If you’re considering a tour in Annapolis, stop searching and book with Annapolis Eventours—specifically with Craig, the owner. It was, without exaggeration, one of the most exceptional tour experiences I’ve ever had. Craig’s knowledge of Annapolis—and American history as a whole—is truly unparalleled. This isn’t a scripted, surface-level tour; it’s a deeply engaging, intellectually rich experience that brings the city to life in a way that feels both personal and profound. Every street, building, and landmark is woven into a larger story, delivered with insight, clarity, and genuine passion. What sets this tour apart is Craig himself. He has a rare ability to connect historical events to modern context, making everything feel relevant, memorable, and fascinating. You walk away not just having “seen” Annapolis, but truly understanding its significance in the broader fabric of American history. The entire experience was seamless, thoughtful, and exceptionally well done. It’s the kind of tour you find yourself talking about long after it’s over. Simply put—this is a must-do. If you’re in Annapolis, taking a tour with Annapolis Eventours isn’t just recommended… it’s essential.
Great tour! Best way to get to know Annapolis. History and more. Not to mention fun.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Was a great way to travel around Annapolis and learn some history. Craig, our guide, was very knowlegeable and entertaining. Shared many sites and historical information/stories. Traveling in the electric car enabled us to see a much broader area of Annapolis than would have been possible in any walking tour.
The heart of Annapolis history tour is hands down the best tour we’ve ever experienced. A must see.
Mr. Craig was the absolute best!!! The tour even had food stops! Best tour ever!!!!
We had a large group that wished to do an electric cart tour with this company in early June. After calling them, they said they would need to secure a couple more guides, and would get back to us as soon as they got them. They never called back. We called them over 20 times and they never answered their phone. We left messages, we contacted the Visitor Center...we did pretty much everything you could do to try to be their customers, and they never responded. ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?
We had such a great experience! I hired Annapolis Eventours to transport me, my fiancé, and our wedding party from two different hotels to the downtown courthouse, and they were fantastic. Not only were they perfectly punctual, but when we had a little extra time before the reception, Lisa took us on a scenic back route, giving us a beautiful and relaxing ride—and still got us there right on time. Lisa was an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, flexible, and kind. If I ever need transportation in downtown Annapolis again, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you for making our wedding morning so smooth and special!
Wow! My grandparents were visiting us in Maryland and we decided to go to Annapolis. My grandparents aren't super mobile, so we decided to call Eventours. Lisa worked with me to come up with a time that worked for us, and she also gave us instructions for finding parking AND she had the tour guide MEET US AT OUR PARKING SPOT! (Fantastic, considering my grandparents situation!) Stu was our tour guide, and he was very knowledgeable. He also struck up a conversation with the Governor Wes Moore while we were on our tour, which my grandparents just loved the quick hello. When we finished the tour, Stu recommended a place that was delicious. Thank you for a great day, guys!
