Erica is an excellent teacher who makes me feel very comfortable even though I have zero experience. She allows herself time and attention to each of her students no matter what level we are working at. Her studio is warm and inviting, always smells great and she plays the best playlist! I am extremely happy with my decision to join Anointed Hands.

Now a member and a few weeks in (almost a month), Erica is amazing! She does an amazing job easing beginners like myself into Pilates while still challenging us. I also received a full body massage from her, which was awesome! I am loving AHMP Studio and very happy I was able to find her and her services.

Erica was great and kind! I had never had a prenatal massage before but it was nice. The space was very clean and cute also. The only thing that threw me off was she wore gloves and its a different feeling than bear hands. I'd still return though and recommend her!!

This was my first time trying Pilates and I really enjoyed it! Erica was super patient and made me feel comfortable right away. The space had a really calm, intimate vibe, which I loved. I was pretty nervous going in, but everyone was so welcoming and encouraging that I was able to relax and stay focused. Definitely looking forward to going back on Thursday!

I have never done Pilates. My first class was 01/2026-. I started with once a week. I actually have increased to twice a week. Erica is an amazing instructor. So my advice- try a class.

Ericka is knowledgeable, encouraging and attentive to your form to make sure you are getting what you need. She also provides modifications if needed. The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing and friendly. My progress is slow because of my limitations & I can only attend 1x's a week, but I am seeing a change in my balance, body posture & flexibility. The salon itself is very clean, the equipment, mats and props are also always clean. I highly recommend Anointed Hands Massage and Pilates Studio.

Clean, fresh, and anointed. The vibe was very much what I needed to end my work week. I'm a shoe off in the house lady too so I appreciated having to take my shoes off at the door. My next thing will be to join pilates!!
