My experience started off great..
They had a change of staff and their new staff member Chris -- gave me the run around and could not commit to any timeline and or keep his word on anything.
I'm now working with Tom and he's great.
Initial account manager - Great
Chris - absolutely terrible would give - negative stars if I could.

I’ve been working with Anomaly CPA for about a year and continue to use them because they have brought some strong tax-planning ideas to the table and clearly have knowledgeable people.
My frustration has been with communication, follow-through, and execution. There have been multiple times when I’ve had to follow up repeatedly for status updates or timelines, and in some cases work only seemed to move forward after I escalated or checked back in.
I think there is real value in the firm’s strategic thinking, but the client-service and execution side has been inconsistent. I’m continuing to work with them and hope that improves, but based on my experience so far, 2 stars feels fair.

Anomaly is a great company, and I love dealing with Kim Phillips, she is great at her job.
She’s caring and she’s thorough. Anytime I have a question, she has an answer. Anytime I have a problem, she has a solution.

I switched to Anomaly 3 years ago and the best move I have made both personal an business. The attention to detail and savings has been tremendous. The people are all knowledgeable and more important LISTEN to our needs and desires. That was something that I did not have in the past. They are proactive with tax code and also with helping my business in down times as well. That goes a long way.
We have been working with Anomaly and Kim for the past year. The staff try to ensure our queries are answered quickly. Kim from payroll has gone above and beyond to ensure our payroll is in order and we are very grateful for her hard work!
