For years, I constantly dyed my hair with black shampoo dye to cover my gray hair. Eventually, I decided to let my gray grow out naturally, but after about three months, I realized I wasn't quite ready to embrace it yet. I felt stuck and honestly didn't know what to do with my hair. That's when I went to Lupita.From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt completely comfortable and confident in her hands. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the process, and give me honest advice about what would be realistic for my hair. Because I had years of black dye buildup, I knew it wouldn't be an easy correction, but Lupita handled it with so much care and professionalism.She carefully lightened my hair while keeping its health and integrity a priority, then applied a beautiful brown toner and gave me the most flattering butterfly haircut. I truly couldn't believe the difference. I've received so many compliments, and for the first time in a long time, I feel beautiful and confident in my hair again.Of course, some of the black dye didn't lift completely, but that's completely expected when correcting years of dark color. What matters to me is that my hair still feels healthy, and the results exceeded my expectations for a first session.I already can't wait for my next appointment to continue the process. Lupita has been so amazing since my first appointment! I wanted a treatment and a blow dry and she is magical! My hair looked and felt better after! My blonde was vibrant and looked liked I had just done my hair all over again. She has been repairing it and caring for it. She’s so sweet and amazing at her job! I recommend her to everyone. Lovely and professional! She knows how to care for blondes! And I love that about her!

I came for babylights and Lupita delivered! She gave me advice based on my pic inspo and my current hair. She provided options and her pricing was very reasonable for the work. She was going to be doing a complete exorcism on my hair. The salon is beautiful, very relaxing and she offers water soda while the magic happens. Thank you so much, Lupita.
