They are always nice and professional. They have been serving our AC and Heaters on a seasonal basis and are always thorough and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Extremely happy with this service by technician Austin. Austin was very polite and provided detailed information before and after serving my AC unit. Jacob Bryant was very courteous and conscientious about his work. He asked about our experience with AC by J/Any Hour Services and any recommendations about improving the relationship going forward. Our biannual HVAC service was done very efficiently. Will plan to ask for Jacob for future service calls.
Updating now that the technician isn't looking over my shoulder. They were better before the buy-out. Now the technicians are too focused on scammy upselling, but can't seem to change the air filter without fumbling around and putting a ding in the wall. I'm sad that this is no longer a company I can trust to do…
