Ricardo from Any Hour Services is awesome! Our air conditioner was running all afternoon without cooling our house. I suspected the compressor wasn’t turning on, but 88 degrees in the house with two kids under two meant I didn’t have the time to diagnose and figure out the problem myself. Ricardo came by quickly,…
I called to have someone check out a leak in my bathroom ceiling and a possible leak in the condesation line. They had a tech out the next day. Ricardo Cordova did an amazing job. He was very thorough. He educated me on so many things I never knew, explained everything he was doing and showed me both pics and live…
Classic AC fail. Those guys sent me a tech next day. My home warranty couldn’t get anyone within a week. Any Hour came as reference from my next door neighbor. Technician, Caleb, shows up in time, clean and friendly. Quick diagnostics, quick fix. Half an hour later the AC was running and the house was no longer…
Jake did a great job. He was knowledgeable and professional, took time to do the repair and stayed to be sure it worked. The combination of AC by Jay and Any Hour clearly has some system problems and we hope they’ll be fixed soon as our actual service experience was great.
Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and professional. I'm big on customer service, which seems to be declining these days. This company prioritizes customer service. Very professional, very knowledgeable. The technician kept me informed on every step. The initial quote was a bit higher than I expected, but…
techs Ricardo and Connor were amazing! response from customer service needs improvement!

Our air conditioner stop working so I gave them a call and they were out to fix it the next day. The two gentlemen were very professional and polite. They had my air conditioner up and working within the hour. I will definitely use them again.
Jake did a great job to replace the Fan Motor and Capacitor for an old Trane XE 1000.
Called Any Hour to help out with an AC unit that stopped working in this brutal AZ heat. The service tech who arrived had over 30 years experience and quickly assessed the situation. He clearly explained the problem and solution options and got the unit operational again in no time. I highly recommend Any Hour/AC by J.
When my parents’ air conditioner failed in the middle of an Arizona summer (7/29/26), their home quickly reached 95 degrees. It was an incredibly stressful situation, especially with the extreme heat. Richard Demarey and his team did amazing job from start to finish. They responded quickly, walked us through our…
James was amazing!! He was thorough and took his time to fix the issue. He explained things well. And we would recommend him and your company to anyone.!
The service was great. Explain everything were I could understood it. Thank you.
Our poorly wired AC fan compressor unit suffered an arc incident and melted some wires near the capacitor. We called any hour since they provide both AC and electrical services and got an appointment the next morning. They weren't able to make it out for the initial appointment but offered a small discount for the…
Thanx for the fantastic service and support. My AC went down about 2pm and was back in operation by 6pm. Very friendly and professional as well.
They cannot figure out what the issue is so they guess and now I’m out thousands of dollars due to getting sevice on issues that don’t need servicing. I still have the tapping in the return air vent. When they were AC by J they were reputable but now they are clueless. Bad communication within the business itself too.
"Any Hour Service" person was very informative, polite, listened & got me an appointment at a Good, reasonable time. Asked me if I had any more questions before he hung up. I had found them by Google. My Air conditioning was making Loud noises! The technician, Caleb, had called & kept me informed on his location &…
Technician was very professional and informative! Highlight of the experience was the fact Staff puts booties on without being asked! Service was very quick!
THE GOOD THE BAD THE UGLY Freddy showed up today Monday, the 8th & fixed the ac. I called you Fri., the 5th needing immediate help because of health issues. You only could schedule me 3 days out regardless of my emergency. (I’ve been AC BY J’s customer for over 13 years!) Aren’t you advertising emergency service? Sad
Amazing customer service.
James was our technician. Very professional and courteous. Explained all the hows, whys, and details from beginning to end. The job was thorough and everything in our A/C unit was back up and running great! Definitely recommend his company 100%!

We had an amazing experience with Caleb from Any Hour Electric! Our A/C went out, and he came by the very next day. Leslie C arrived and assessed the AC unit and the handler in the attic space. My AC had been making louder noises and the electric bill went up by over $100 from the previous summer month. Leslie found the outside capacitor was dead and was also able to replace it immediately. She explained what AC parts did and how…
