Its been weeks, and they refuse to come and finish the installation, screws and trims missing, door covering electrical wiring missing, not bolted to pad, Very poor quality work. When contacting them, they keep saying we will order it, or let me look into it. BBB and Legal are next options for me. 40K, and this is certainly not worth it.

The AC in our Condo gave up, which is bad news for this time of year. ACbyJ/Any Hour Services came the same evening and concluded the (very old) unit was beyond repair. The next day a replacement was discussed and arranged and the day after the new unit was installed to the great relief of the residents. Very good service and prompt and efficient response.
