Any Hour came to our rescue when one of our really old A/C units finally went caput. Kevin, Bradon and Dimitri were very professional and worked quickly to get new A/Cs installed.
We'd like to give more than 5 stars! Anyone who we've been serviced by have been exceptional in their job. We've been a customer of ACbyJ for many many years, then they joined Any Hour. Customer service is something they all take pride in. We've had Freddy here to install a new Hotwater tank and A/C work, top…
Its been weeks, and they refuse to come and finish the installation, screws and trims missing, door covering electrical wiring missing, not bolted to pad, Very poor quality work. When contacting them, they keep saying we will order it, or let me look into it. BBB and Legal are next options for me. 40K, and this is certainly not worth it.
Air conditioner replacement was very timely and expert and professional.
Buyer’s remorse: I am the daughter of an 83rd year old US Veteran, coming from out of state (cooler state up North with little to no A/C unit or installment experience) to help my father rehabilitate his house built in the 1950s. He had an ineffective evap cooler for over 20 years. I bought the recommended A/C unit…
Every tech who has come to the house has surpassed our expectations. They educated us on the AC system itself and the install process. They were never rushing to leave and made an effort to review everything with us before and after. We were referred by a close friend and couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Any Hour Services.
Techs who installed my unit were extremely efficient, polite, and professional. Worked in the heat as well. Disposed of my current unit efficiently and respected my home. My unit was up and running same-day. Thank you.
The AC in our Condo gave up, which is bad news for this time of year. ACbyJ/Any Hour Services came the same evening and concluded the (very old) unit was beyond repair. The next day a replacement was discussed and arranged and the day after the new unit was installed to the great relief of the residents. Very good service and prompt and efficient response.
very professional and thorough
The two young men who came to install the air conditioner today were polite, efficient, knew their stuff. Five hours from arrival to install complete. They kept me informed at every step. Nice cool house again!!
Great dryer vent cleaning service by Sean today!
Leslie and Dave were so kind. The whole company is absolutely wonderful. So friendly. So professional, they treat us just like family very secure, we won’t use any other company, but this one, We recommend this Company to everybody.
Thank you Sean for helping us out with our 2 AC units! Thank you for being as prompt as you were in our time of need! You did an awesome job in this heat!!! I would definitely recommend Sean at Any Hour Services for any of your AC needs!!!
James and Leslie thoroughly explained everything to me in detail regarding my existing AC and Leslie went over my options with me. Being a woman homeowner I wasn't very knowledgeable about what my AC needs to work properly but they were very helpful and answered any questions that I had. I was able to purchase my…
Leslie with Any Hour was great to work with on the purchase of our two new AC units. Explained options, warranty, etc. Overall a good experience.
Leslie was very polite and described my options well.
We lost our AC unit and Evan came out and assisted us, his customer service and experience were outstanding after he diagnosed our issue he took the time to show us video of the items wrong. It appeared our 13 year old unit needed to be replaced. Leslie came out the next day walked our site sat with us assisted us…
Absolutely the best HVAC company ever. They were able to meet the price of other quotes plus add additional services that were not included with other HVAC companies. Everyone that came through our house was so respectful and helpful that it made doing business with Any Hour service a pleasure. The office is quick…
Leslie was so terrific to work with. She was very detailed, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She carefully explained the issues with our existing AC system and then gave us the opportunity to discuss and choose the correct and best option for a replacement unit. The cost of a new AC system is expensive but Leslie gave us the best deal possible.
We had a very pleasant experience with this company. They arrived on time, were very professional in terms of appearance (full uniform and foot booties), and extremely informative as to what was going on with our HVAC system. They were also very transparent with all problems. They showed us photos of the unit (ours…
Glenn, Ricardo And Kevin by far the best service techs that I have ever had come out. They stayed out later than I should to make sure I was comfortable and the job was complete. All three were clean and sharp looking and did an amazing job on our new ac install and water heater.
Jon and his team with Any Hour Services has serviced several of my properties. Always on time, professional, and provide high quality work at a reasonable price! Any Hour rocks!
I can’t believe how smoothly everything went from start to finish. From the ladies on the phone to when Glenn came out to fix my water leak I had in the wall. Glenn was prompt and provided me with several solutions for my problem. He did a great job not only fixing the leak but also installing a pressure regulating…
Very professional we had 3 technicians they worked 8 hours to install a new unit professionally installed all had great customer service also Jon who gave us options thank would recommend
I have had a great experience with Any Hour Services for our complete split unit install on 11 July 2022, with a 5-ton A/C Goodman unit. Jon advised us of this because of the warranty and their follow service that is included with purchase, which is a nice touch. They went over and beyond to provide us with a…
