Ryan Bailey did an excellent job for us and I will ask for him again
We've had excellent service from AnyHour/ACbyJ. We had our routine maintenance done by Kevin W. He was both professional and friendly, he alerted us to an issue which we had him address. He gave us several options of how to proceed with what each would cost. He also had pictures of the bacteria that the Trane had…
Excellent and thorough check-up on my home a/c and heating systems!!!
Ricardo and a “supervisor “ came to check out my HVAC system. They were both very friendly and explained what they were going to do. They also changed my filters while here. Luckily they did find any problems! 😊
Person was on time and explained everything he found in detail. Very professional.
We'd like to give more than 5 stars! Anyone who we've been serviced by have been exceptional in their job. We've been a customer of ACbyJ for many many years, then they joined Any Hour. Customer service is something they all take pride in. We've had Freddy here to install a new Hotwater tank and A/C work, top…
An awesome technician who was very thorough. A personable young man who took his time and explained things very clearly
All I can say is Wow! Marcus was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Even fixed a vibration noise that had been noisy for years. AC works better than new after replacing capacitor.
Tech performed an inspection of our HVAC system. He was professional, efficient, and answered all of our questions for a very reasonable amount. I recommend them.
Our tech Caleb was very professional and and explained everything that needed to be done. No hidden fees or cost which was great. Will be using this company again in the future.
Company with great core values!. David was a great help to me and my family. We appreciate his insights and helpfulness.
When my parents’ air conditioner failed in the middle of an Arizona summer (7/29/26), their home quickly reached 95 degrees. It was an incredibly stressful situation, especially with the extreme heat. Richard Demarey and his team did amazing job from start to finish. They responded quickly, walked us through our…
They were professional and incredibly thorough! I feel confident my AC unit is in top condition!
Jake is awesome technician. Professional, smart and personable.
Came out to service my AC. They kept me up to date on arrival time. They were friendly and very thorough when checking everything over.
Every tech who has come to the house has surpassed our expectations. They educated us on the AC system itself and the install process. They were never rushing to leave and made an effort to review everything with us before and after. We were referred by a close friend and couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Any Hour Services.
Good service
Nate was the service tech that performed maintenance on my HVAC system and was very thorough as well as a very personable and easy to deal with.
We have been clients of A/C by J for decades! As they have guided us through both sales and maintenance, they always strive for complete customer satisfaction. It is with years of experience I can share these words.

Justin and Rich were excellent. They were professional and courteous. Knew my system inside and out even though it is an older model.
Good service Tech. Inquisitive and knowledgeable. With the preventive maintenance that was identified, discussed and performed, I feel my family and I will make through another the summer without a hitch.
I was with AC by J for years. They did major and minor plumbing and AC work along with system replacement. Since the change in ownership their service and gone down hill. They don’t keep appointments or delivery commitment. I don’t want to cancel my service plans during the middle of the period but I don’t see…
Marcus was very pleasant and took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions thoroughly. He found one small issue and took care of it right away. Impressed with professionalism and expertise. Very personable too! No charge today for our first inspection after install 9 months ago.

Patrick and Mason performed my semi-annual system check. Patrick was very personable and informed me about any issues with my system. I highly recommend Scottsdale Air!
One of their HVAC technicians, Umar, came out for my 6-month AC and heating check and was wonderful - great service and explained everything and even found the motor starting to go out on a fan was covered under warranty. They are now connected with AC by Jay. Really felt they took the time to check everything and make sure everything was working.

We had a mini split ac/ heat problem and Caleb from ANY Hour was sent out by request from AC by J. Great service by Caleb. Problem turned out to be operator error. He checked out our system and explained what I did wrong and explained in detail how the heat pump worked and what to set when running it. He then…
As always, Any Hour Services provided professional, friendly and helpful service. Jake checked my HVAC system and helped me with my smart thermostat. I really appreciated his patience, taking time to explain things to me and providing me with useful information. Thanks, Jake! I appreciate you.
Our technician, Umar, was wonderful. Very thorough but also kind, considerate, and thoughtful. Will definitely use the company again.
Very attentive and explained everything in detail
Umar was very polite and professional. He inspected my units and found a few issues with duct work that had become detached that he reattached. The work was performed as part of the semi annual maintenance that I have a contract for.
Jacob Bryant was very courteous and conscientious about his work. He asked about our experience with AC by J/Any Hour Services and any recommendations about improving the relationship going forward. Our biannual HVAC service was done very efficiently. Will plan to ask for Jacob for future service calls.
Updating now that the technician isn't looking over my shoulder. They were better before the buy-out. Now the technicians are too focused on scammy upselling, but can't seem to change the air filter without fumbling around and putting a ding in the wall. I'm sad that this is no longer a company I can trust to do…
Great service from Jake and Leslie. They were on time, efficient, reviewed findings after maintenance and then provided recommendations. Overall experience was excellent!!
I have had back to back scheduled service/tune up appointments with Kyle (electrical) and Umar (HVAC). I don’t know where Any Hour/AC by J gets their employees because they all must be A+++ students from their professional schools, they are both incredible at sitting down with you and describing any thing I can do…
Jake was great. Very attentive and detail oriented. Explained everything well. I would definitely have him come for any a/c or heating need.
Ricardo and Leslie were nice, quick, efficient and did NOT leave any mess Great work from great people. Thank you

Umar was polite, thorough and the consummate professional. He performed my semi annual HVAC check and gave me a full report. I have some things to think about but not his tech evaluation. I recommend these guys to my friends so I'm comfortable writing this review.
Leslie & Ricardo were amazing! They both have impeccable attention to detail and caught many issues with my HVAC systems stemming from when other companies installed or repaired them.
