I had given 1 star because the tech had left the A/C disconnected after the cleaning and the phone is answered by AI after hours. But a supervisor named Paul came the next day and fixed the problem and listened to my complaints. He was very nice, so I'm changing to 3 stars.

Leslie was so terrific to work with. She was very detailed, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She carefully explained the issues with our existing AC system and then gave us the opportunity to discuss and choose the correct and best option for a replacement unit.
