AO Sports And Fitness

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family made the 10-hour drive from New Mexico to Dallas so our son, Dawson, could train at AO Sports & Fitness, and every mile was worth it. Coach Kenny, Mike & Vick have created something truly special. Their knowledge of the game is incredible, but what impressed us even more was the culture they build. They don't just develop better football players—they develop disciplined, resilient young men. One thing that really stood out was their mindset. When the rain came, practice didn't stop. The boys embraced the challenge, kept working, and learned that toughness is earned, not given. That kind of environment builds character, confidence, and grit. Dawson left a better athlete, but more importantly, he left with lessons that will serve him far beyond football. The coaches push these kids to work hard, compete with purpose, and believe in themselves, all while making the experience fun and encouraging. If you're looking for a place where your child will be challenged, inspired, and coached by people who genuinely care about their growth, AO Sports & Fitness is it. AO sports and fitness is the best organization for your child to learn and grow. I’ve been with AO since I was in fourth grade now I’m going into seventh grade Decent I’m one of the best well-known football player in my division Thanks for Coach Vic and the organization coaches are nice and help you when you ask and it’s so much fun

AO has been an incredible experience for our family. Our son has an unparalleled understanding of the game of football. Directly as a result of the tools AO has taught him. Our son has played on several AO teams and has participated in camps and lessons for several years. He has learned so much and we have enjoyed being part of AO. Coach Vick has a great team of coaches and is very organized and flexible.

Great coaches - Great fun for the kids of all ages.

Teddy loved AO camp. It was really fun to do the football drills mixed in with the bucking bronco, tug of war, dodgeball etc. Really fun set up! It was also great that lunch was included everyday. We can’t wait to be back next year!

Another great week of camp with AO. My little boy has the best time in all of their programs! These coaches truly care about our kids and it shows in everything they do. ❤️⚓️

The boys absolutely love time with Vick and the coaching team. They teach them life skills as well as the game and do it in a fun way.
