Called in the the evening when everyone else was closed. We made an appointment for the next morning of which they were there on time. I would highly recommend them for your garage doors for service and repairs.

Had a great experience with Apex. Went to open my garage door to leave for the morning and the spring was broke. I called Apex at 8:15am, a tech, Brian, was at my house at 12:15pm and he had it fixed by 1:45pm. He put on two new springs, new cables, and cleaned and lubed everything up. He communicated well and was very professional. Price was great for my size of door, 18 feet wide, larger than usual and Brian knew exactly what to do to get everything completed. When I need a new door someday I’ll definitely be giving Apex a call. Great experience!

Our garage door decided to stop working over the weekend. I called Apex this morning and Will G. arrived around 12:30 and had us back up and running by 2:15! Excellent service and knowledgeable technician. Will definitely call them again!

Apex is great and their prices are completely reasonable unlike other Columbus area garage door companies. They showed up on time and completed the work in under an hour. Price was 5x less than other quotes. Will definitely be using them again.
