Apex got the family of raccoons out of my home and I got a brand new attic! I didn’t have a lot to initially spend on this, as this was all unexpected, but I was able to take advantage of their easy payment plan option. Joey was the definition of professionalism and I’d recommend him to anyone experiencing critters in the home. Lifetime warranty on top of everything was the cherry on top. I will be sharing Apex’s information with neighbors and friends with similar issues.
Joey was a master at helping assuage my fears - helped turn everything in my house upside down to find a snake. Couldn’t find him, so was particularly appreciative when he was able to confirm by a photo my cleaning lady had taken that it wasn’t poisonous. Thanks, Joey!
J.J., Jake and Joel did a very thorough job of treating the attic and sealing all possible entry points to elininate the rat issue I was dealing with in the attic. Initially, Joel and Jake were out to my home to survey the situation and explain possible remedies. I would recommend Apex to anyone dealing with a mouse or rat issue in their property. A bit pricey but worth it if issue is resolved.

Apex did a great job! In less than a day, their team (Joel, Jake and Christian) evicted our raccoon and sealed up all of the possible entrances, and their work blends in much better than a previous company's work from years ago (which critters quickly got past anyway).
Having an infestation of wildlife is not what you wish for, but when it happens you want a professional, thorough, swift service. Apex Wildlife Solutions demonstrated all those qualities when handling the project that we were managing. Thank you Justin, Jake, Joel, Cristian, JJ and any other person I may have forgotten (apologies). Kudos to the whole team.
Jake and Joel were great! They let me know when they were on their way, worked hard in the attic, and on my roof, on one of the hottest days this Summer! They explained to me what they had done so far and what steps will be done next and said I could reach out to them for any questions.

I have nothing but great things to say about Apex. They are honest, straightforward in what needs to be done and very thorough. I did not choose Apex originally to do the removal I needed done and had issues with the company I did choose. My mistake. I ended up calling Apex back to look at the situation and to see if they could help me. Joey Buchanan was the person I initially spoke to so I contacted him again. He immediately responded and came out to check the situation again. He was very sympathetic to the situation I was in and put together a plan to get things taken care of. My initial instinct when I first met Joey was that he was honest and also a good person. I should have trusted the initial instinct. I would highly recommend Apex for far too many reasons to list here but primarily for their honesty, integrity, empathy for homeowners with critter problems and experience. They are the best at what they do!
