Apex Window Werks - Minnesota Window Repair & Glass Replacement
Apex Window Werks - Minnesota Window Repair & Glass Replacement at a glance
Customers frequently cite punctuality, professional communication, and reasonable pricing for services like glass replacement, window repair, and mechanism fixes. Technicians are often described as knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of the property, with many noting the cost savings of repairing rather than replacing entire windows. However, some low-star reviews highlight scheduling miscommunications, perceived rudeness during phone inquiries, and instances of property damage or lack of care during installation.

After checking with other window repair companies that couldn't repair our 9-pane arched window, Apex said they could...and the DID! Very polite, professional work and done on schedule. We highly recommend them!

Well run company. Estimator very professional, reasonable prices. The company was responsive, returned calls within 2 days, ordered parts and ready for install within a couple days. The workmen were on-time, respectful of our home, and communicative. Both installers (V & B) were knowledgeable and knew exactly what they were doing, they worked in tandem and anticipated each others next step in the fix. I would highly recommend this company. It is refreshing to find an honest, and competent service provider for window service in the Twin Cities.

This was a detail job on a 1915 home with interior stain glass windows. No one locally would restore it. Just wanted to replace with new window. Apex did an excellent job. I will use them again for my other window projects.

Amazing attention to detail. Walked through the whole process from start to finish. We had some windows that were not standard sized and they were still able to get the job done. Worked quickly and safely and was very communicative when it came to what they were doing. Highly recommend!
