I have been with Appel since June 2021 and they are amazing; the whole team is responsive and informative. The maintenance packages are affordable, and the technicians are respectful, knowledgeable and kind! My husband and I highly recommend them!
The company and their service have been exceptional. Always responsive, timely, clean, and helpful. Ive used Appel for over 30 years now.
Very pleased with Appel for all of our heating and AC needs. They have been our service provider for over 30 years.
Have had great experiences with Appel over the last few years. Have had a new furnace and humidifier installed as well as a small A/C repair and regular maintenance. Could not recommend Appel more. Scheduling is easy and all the guys that have come out to my house for any of the services have been professional and knowledgeable.
Our Air conditioning stopped working a couple days ago. We called the company “Hope” and they came to the conclusion we needed a new evaporator coil for $5,500. Being a 5 year old system we knew this couldn’t be right. We called Appel and Matt was able to make it out the next day to look over our unit. Turns out the…
Had the pleasure of work with HVAC Tech Mike just the other day. AC was not cooling, and the problem was found and explained. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
We have been customers since 2009. Appel has provided consistent, excellent service over the years. Their technicians, customer support, scheduling, sales. Just outstanding from top to bottom. A family owned business with a focus on the customer.
The technician Mike arrived on schedule, he had modern service equipment, and was very knowledgeable about the HVAC equipment being serviced. He was very thorough and communicated clearly with me on his findings and my options. He repaired my system to good working order. Appel was able to schedule me in and not…
Jeffery and the rest of the Appel team are the best! They installed several systems in the house and have been maintaining them for 20+ years. They have always come through for us on both annual furnace and a/c service as well as emergency work. Great company and great service, in it for the long haul!
Nice people at this company, from the staff that answer the phone, to the repairman. Very helpful in an emergency!
A great experience with Appel when my flux capacitor gave out on the hottest day of the year. They got out to me quickly and had me back with cold air within 25 mins at a reasonable $ . Outstanding service both over the phone and with tech Joe who came out. Brilliant job guys An easy 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Technician was very cordial and efficient and know, ledeable. He was very prompt. We experienced same day service when our air conditioner was down. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
Our AC stopped working overnight and we woke up to the house temperature being 77 degrees. Appel was the second company I called for a service repair after the first company quotes almost $2,000 and stated they would need to order parts so we would be without AC for 5 days in July. Appel was able to fix the issue…
Appel is awesome. Have used them over the years - friendly, Responsive, accommodating, and do quality work. Can’t really ask for more!
I couldn’t be more pleased at their responsiveness and professionalism. From the receptionist to the technician, they were extraordinary about setting expectations and fulfilling them. The technician explained the various choices I could make going forward and we mutually agreed on what I believe is best for my…
I do not have enough positive things to say. Appel was quick to respond to a call and was able to send someone out within two days. Joe came out and was extremely honest about the problem, which happened to be minor (another company had said it would be a full replacement!). We also got a quote for the future…
Extremely unprofessional technician sent to my home. He became uncontrollably mad at me when he learned that my AC unit that I previously scheduled for repair needed some maintenance instead, and he walked away from me when I tried to explain what was going on accusing me that I misled him on purpose. I could not…
The Appel employees provide exceptional and professional service at a very reasonable price. Earlier this year we had a new furnace installed with excellent results and customer service. We later found out that we also needed a new heat pump and air conditioner for our upper floor, despite the challenges of our pre…
