We encountered an issue with the repair which is highly abnormal after using Appel for probably more than 20 years now. Not only were they responsive but made it right regardless of how costly it was to do so. We would recommend Appel to anyone, especially in this day and age when reliability, timeliness and expertise seem to be in short supply.
Appel installed a new furnace and air conditioner for me recently. I discovered a small problem with the installation, making the filter difficult to change.
