Have had great experiences with Appel over the last few years. Have had a new furnace and humidifier installed as well as a small A/C repair and regular maintenance. Could not recommend Appel more. Bad experience with Appel , so I had to use another company. The previous home owner got a transferable warranty to me, but they don’t help to fix their poor quality HVAC !! Careful !!!
