I have been with Appel since June 2021 and they are amazing; the whole team is responsive and informative. The maintenance packages are affordable, and the technicians are respectful, knowledgeable and kind! My husband and I highly recommend them!

I’m very happy with the service. The technician explained what he did. He pointed out that based on the age of the furnace I may need a new furnace in a couple of years. He also discovered my water heater was leaking and helped me schedule to have it replaced.

We have used Appel for 3 years now. They do great work and are very responsive if you need emergency help. We have hot water heat (love it!) and their people really know what they're doing when working on it.
