Highly recommend for their honesty and reliability and excellent communication. They saved us money compared to what another heating company was recommending us and were excellent communicators to explain why
After trying maning different heating and cooling companies, I've finally settled on one that stands head and shoulders above the rest - Appel Heating and Air Conditioning. They're honest, reliable, and don't try to sell me things I don't need. They were the only company my mother would use, and I should have…
Otis was awesome!! He spent a lot of time correcting an issue with our Google nest thermostat that his company did not sell us, his company did not install, and it was not his responsibility. However, he corrected an issue that was causing our electric bill to almost triple. I’ve had Appel heating and cooling…
We’ve been using Appell for I’m not even sure how many years now, but quite a few. We appreciate their professionalism and have had so many good experiences with them. They put in our last furnace and air conditioning systems and did a great job and they’re doing a great job servicing those. Thanks, Appell for being…
I have used Appel more than once and have spent well over $6000 with them. I had them install a new radiant heat system in an addition for me, they have replaced literally every part on my furnace, and I have had them do normal service calls for maintenance. I have always been happy with their work until this…
Super professional, nice, and thorough. Otis was our technician, and we were very pleased with his service!
Appel kept me from having to buy a new furnace, because another company was trying to scam me. I highly recommend them for your repair needs!! Thank you Otis & Jeff
Appel has been excellent to deal with-organized and professional. Highly recommended.
We have been w Appel for 30 + yrs. The office staff are so caring & genuinely helpful. The technical maintanence and service guys are very knowledgeable and have never tried to upsell us. We have our favorite we always ask for but dont want to share him...LOL We're retired and appreciate their honest approach as…
Professional, efficient call to check thermostat that did not want to turn off.
Appel has always been available quickly. Repairmen are very nice and helpful.
Jeffery and the rest of the Appel team are the best! They installed several systems in the house and have been maintaining them for 20+ years. They have always come through for us on both annual furnace and a/c service as well as emergency work. Great company and great service, in it for the long haul!
Furnace stopped working. Otis was the technician. He was prompt, efficient in diagnosing the problem, ordering the parts and in replacing the blower motor. He did an expert job in a timely manner.
This is a first class company that delivers on outstanding customer service and offers quality products and services at competitive prices. Dave the service manager, Jeff the general manager and Otis the service technician all did a phenomenal job looking out for my family. I highly recommend this company.
Appel has installed and serviced 3 of my houses. I have used Appel for over 40 years and have never been disappointed with their service.
Outstanding folks. I’m very happy with the service I received. They were able to come out the same day and get my AC going. They didn’t overcharge and it wasn’t a huge gimmick and price war.
We just moved into the house a couple weeks ago. On a Monday morning there was no heat. Appel had a phone number attached so we called. Within an hour Seth showed up. He was very thorough and walked us through the process of what he was doing and why. It was quite the warranted education and much appreciated.…
Mike was very professional. They came out the same day we called and provided repairs at half.of what a competitor had quoted. He was very efficient and explained everything clearly. We are glad to have a new HVAC go to company!
Helped me fix furnace when it wasn’t working! Thank you.
The Appel Heating repairman got to our house on the coldest day of the year and was very pleasant and informative. He got things taken care of and we were warm throughout the holidays!
Very bad experience the technician he came 4.40 living 7.00 clock only problem after more than two hours thermostat it’s not working that he told me and he told me he have a thermostat old fashion so he told me you can order it for Home Depot so I told him sir right now he’s not working. Can you wait 20 minutes? I…
We have used Appel for 3 years now. They do great work and are very responsive if you need emergency help. We have hot water heat (love it!) and their people really know what they're doing when working on it.
Called for a last minute service call the day before Christmas Eve, Appel had Dan come out within a couple of hours. Dan was great, and got the furnace back up and running. Very much appreciated, Dan was fantastic and was determined to have out house warm for the holidays. Thanks a ton!
Very positive recent experience at a tough time of year! Sean was an outstanding tech who took the time to educate me about what exactly was wrong with my furnace. He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Christie was also amazing working out scheduling for the repair, and communicating with…
Thanks Appel for your prompt response to my heating system. All the problems were solve and my place is warm again.
Have them service my HVAC twice a year - this time my furnace quit the day before - they got it going and has ordered 2 parts. An older unit & I appreciate they found problems temporarily fixed it ordered parts for permanent fix & did not try to upsell .
The service man was polite and explained why I was having the problem
They are great to work with. Always have been. If you're Cold or Hot, give them a call.
