Furnace stopped working. Otis was the technician. He was prompt, efficient in diagnosing the problem, ordering the parts and in replacing the blower motor. He did an expert job in a timely manner.

We have used Appel for 3 years now. They do great work and are very responsive if you need emergency help. We have hot water heat (love it!) and their people really know what they're doing when working on it.

Have them service my HVAC twice a year - this time my furnace quit the day before - they got it going and has ordered 2 parts. An older unit & I appreciate they found problems temporarily fixed it ordered parts for permanent fix & did not try to upsell .
