I have been with Appel since June 2021 and they are amazing; the whole team is responsive and informative. The maintenance packages are affordable, and the technicians are respectful, knowledgeable and kind! My husband and I highly recommend them!
The company and their service have been exceptional. Always responsive, timely, clean, and helpful. Ive used Appel for over 30 years now.
Edit: I received a call after this review apologizing for the lack of communication. 2 months after that I did receive compensation from the manufacturer for heating bills. - - - Unfortunately we have had an incredibly poor experience with Appel with regards to customer service since our unit was installed. Got a…
They came out quickly, figured out the correct system for our needs, and we were able to get a new system on less than a week. Nice, knowledgeable people to work with.
I have used Appel for my preventative maintenance of my furnace and air conditioner for over 15 years and they have installed new units in my last house and my current home. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are quick to respond, on time with appointments, have fair pricing, install superior equipment, and have incredible staff.
Couldn’t be happier with our experience with Appel Heating & Air Conditioning. Scott and the team were incredibly knowledgeable, walked us through every option without any pressure, and came in more competitively priced than every other quote we received. The installation was clean and professional, and the final…
Appel is an excellent provider: responsive, customer focused and reasonably priced. Our recent project - a new furnace - mirrored past experience with knowledgable and friendly techs who arrived on time and worked efficiently. Nate Evans who provided the initial guidance on what system to use impressed as with his…
We have been customers since 2009. Appel has provided consistent, excellent service over the years. Their technicians, customer support, scheduling, sales. Just outstanding from top to bottom. A family owned business with a focus on the customer.
Appel has been excellent to deal with-organized and professional. Highly recommended.
We had a very old system replaced in 2021. The installation went great. Although it is not 'fun' to pay for the service plan, it is a reasonable ongoing investment to keep your equipment functioning. I'm amazed at how much debris an AC unit screens in a single year! Appel has always been punctual and courteous.…
Appel has been great! They had originally put my HVAC in around 2001. It just gave out this year. I had spoke to several different companies but they were the most honest and decently priced. The owner had been nothing but helpful during this whole process! Highly recommend using if you need anything HVAC related!
Highly recommend.
So kind and genuinely cared for us!
Appel has always been available quickly. Repairmen are very nice and helpful.
Jeffery and the rest of the Appel team are the best! They installed several systems in the house and have been maintaining them for 20+ years. They have always come through for us on both annual furnace and a/c service as well as emergency work. Great company and great service, in it for the long haul!
Scott Appel was a delight to work with. Very professional in tackling a central air conditioning system to my 104 year old home. Scott was sensitive to my time restraints in getting my project done. I would personally recommend he and his installers.
I can not rave enough about this company! We used them for a new install in a newly purchased home. Not only was their estimate competitive, they were flexible and accommodating in meeting our desired timeframes. Scott Appel was super responsive to our questions and went above and beyond on some of the requests we…
Appel is one of the best service providers in the area. They always do a great job, very efficient and professional. Also very customer centric. We have been with them for more than 20yrs and will not change
Bad experience with Appel , so I had to use another company. The previous home owner got a transferable warranty to me, but they don’t help to fix their poor quality HVAC !! Careful !!!
Appel installed a new furnace and air conditioner for me recently. I discovered a small problem with the installation, making the filter difficult to change. Jeff Johnson at Appel listened to my concern and promptly sent a technician to fix the issue at no charge to me. Thanks for your prompt assistance, I am very pleased with your service.
