I have used Appel for my preventative maintenance of my furnace and air conditioner for over 15 years and they have installed new units in my last house and my current home. Appel has been great! They had originally put my HVAC in around 2001. It just gave out this year. I had spoke to several different companies but they were the most honest and decently priced. Bad experience with Appel , so I had to use another company. The previous home owner got a transferable warranty to me, but they don’t help to fix their poor quality HVAC !! Careful !!!
