Customers frequently cite competitive pricing, helpful staff, and a wide selection of new and scratch-and-dent appliances as primary reasons for their positive experiences. The store offers delivery services and knowledgeable assistance with product specifications. One lower-rated review criticized the value proposition, stating that the cost of used units approached new prices while the condition of the merchandise was poor.

The guy who helped me was nice. The guy who dropped off my washing machine and dryer (different than the Guy who helped me in the store) called to say he was on his way. I wasn't able to answer my phone, so it went to voicemail. I don't think he realized that and continued to talk and said some things that were not the greatest.

Absolutely. I’d make it sound more like you’re telling another person about your experience rather than writing a formal review. ★★★★★ My refrigerator suddenly died, so I had to find a new one on a Saturday. Not exactly how I wanted to spend my weekend! I went to Appliance Bargain Center and ended up having a really great experience, thanks in large part to Steve. They have a huge selection of scratch-and-dent appliances—refrigerators, ranges, cooktops, dishwashers, microwaves, washers, dryers, air conditioners, and more. I spent at least an hour and a half looking at refrigerators, and Steve was so patient, helpful, and friendly. He never rushed me or made me feel pressured to make a decision. He gave me time to look around, answered all my questions, and was always willing to show me another option or explain something. It was especially nice because I was already frustrated from having my refrigerator/freezer go out unexpectedly. Steve made what could have been a stressful experience actually pretty enjoyable. I ended up finding a beautiful counter-depth Frigidaire that fits my kitchen perfectly and is exactly what I needed. My old refrigerator was enormous and just overwhelmed the whole kitchen—it made it hard for more than one person to be in there at the same time! The new one is a much better fit, and I’m really happy with it. I really appreciate Steve’s patience and great customer service. I would definitely recommend Appliance Bargain Center, and especially Steve, if you’re looking for an appliance.
