First it was Brittany in the office that was fantastic and timely to get work scheduled. Then it was Wendel that came to our home to repair our washing machine. Wow he did a great job and pretty quickly too. He was fully prepared and knowledgeable. Highly recommend MPAR! 5.13.26 Wendell came out to do a repair on my dishwasher. What a good guy he is! Knows his trade really well - highly recommend him for your appliance repair needs.

My washing machine (electrolux) was stuck in closed mode with clothes inside and piles of other laundry waiting. I had called another company, who rescheduled me for 3 days out. This team was able to get technician out in less than 24 hrs from the call and also asked me if I had tried a couple of things on my own first. Trying to assist me in avoiding a fee for a simple fix. Wendel arrived and was honest that the first fix may not do the trick and the control board may be the issue. However the OEM has no better diagnostics for the issue and the first step is the best first attempt. He arrived less than 24 hours later with the part in hand. Everything is back up and running for 1/3 of the cost of a new washer and all the avoidance time of getting a new one. Thank you so much for making it so easy. Great communication on arrival times too.

If ever I need appliance repair I will definitely call appliance fixcians Excellent service from whoever I spoke to on the phone to Wendell V who arrived at my house on time and found the problem right away. It was a simple broken knob He gave me the part number and a link that I could order it on Amazon for less than $8. As a senior woman living alone service like this is really appreciated 5 stars all the way.
