Lamar was very friendly and professional. I appreciated how he was able to diagnose my problem which should require a new part, but he was able to reset it without the new part, so I only had to pay the house call fee. He gave me the price of the new part since I will likely need it eventually.

Thank you for your review and I will help clarify your concern. It is a fact, we do not work on Samsung Dishwashers. My office staff communicated that clearly and it reflects my core value that I will never go out on a service call for a product that does not meet the quality standards of a professional. I cannot stand behind the design and performance of a Samsung Dishwasher. To come out to your house and collect a service call fee and run the risk that you will have another major repair in the next 6-9 months, is disingenuous. So, if you are disappointed that we will not do this to you...I will take the 1 star review as a badge of honor and confirmation that we are doing the right thing, because it's the right thing to do. I got an appointment to repair a Samsung dryer in under 24 hours, and Lamar was A+ in every respect. Edit: 8 months later, I was able to get a same-day appointment, and Demetrius from Appliance Professionals was also A+.

I was very disappointed with this service. 145 fee to show up and guy didn’t know what he was doing. Said washer was GE and it’s a whirlpool. He also kept taking pictures and sending it to someone to figure out problem. He then came back and was supposed I wanted washer fixed. He said most people don’t get their appliance fixed! Wow! Just banking on service fee and go to the next I guess. Very disappointing!!

Lamar was great. He came out and diagnosed our refrigerator issue. It was a bad compressor. He recommended that we contact LG since it is under warranty.
