Unfortunately, my experience with them was not what I had hoped for. The appraiser was very polite and had good communication but he ended up measuring incorrectly and came up with a much lower estimate (by 18-20%) than the two other appraisers whom were experts in the area of Broward county where we reside. The square footage that was submitted was over 300 sq feet smaller than the deeded property measurements and the two other independent appraisals that were scheduled by other realtors. Now I am having to go through filing a formal complaint and have another appraisal done.
Mr Woodyard, I'm sorry you feel this way but as the lender and I explained to you within the report, the Gla does Not include the garage or porches. Furthermore, I deducted the same % difference (from what I measure in Gla vs public records Gla) and applied it to all the comparables included in order to be just. My final estimate is even in line even with Zillow's estimate and I even offer to Re-measure your property which was apparently Not accepted by you. I've had a 5 star rating for years since we started working with Google for a reason, we do a very good job and follow Appraisal Standards. Be well.

George did a great job with a recent appraisal. I needed an appraisal for a home that didn’t have any clear comps, I called and he was able to appraise the home for significantly more than what we were expecting and the home already has multiple contracts.
