We have a 120 year old house that needs work on an almost yearly basis, having a partner like approved plumbing keeps my home running and safe. It likely will for another 120!

Hated dealing talking to a robot on their automatic line.!! When the robot couldn't help me it finally transferred me to a real live human being, who couldn't help me in any way. So I called rotor rooter and a few handy men and shopped around, comparing prices and quotes. I didn't make an appointment but some guy showed up this morning at 9!!, thinking that I had made an appointment. He thought I had a dripping kitchen faucet. No, I have a kitchen draining SLOW. So between robotic nonsense questioning & communication with a real live human being, they did not recieved the right information. Not impressed at all.

Our records show that an appointment was scheduled through our automated call system and then confirmed with a member of our live office staff. During both conversations, our team attempted to understand the plumbing issue and provide appropriate information. Because plumbing problems can vary significantly depending on what is actually found at the home, we cannot responsibly provide an accurate price over the phone when the issue has not been clearly identified.
Despite the communication difficulties, our owner personally went to the home to help determine what was needed. Once there, the description of the problem was still unclear and changed between a dripping faucet and a slow/draining or plugged drain. Rather than charge for the visit, we chose to provide our time at no cost.
We understand that not every service experience is going to be a perfect fit, but we expect our employees to be treated respectfully. We wish you the best in getting the plumbing issue resolved.

Great service at affordable prices. I’ve had them out to my home in Aurora at least 6-8 times and they always do great work. I’ve come to know several of the technicians by name. Mark was out today and did a wonderful job.
