Sales associate tried to argue with me over a no solicitation sign. Their lawsuits of aggressive door to door sales is accurate.

They tell you that you can cancel at any time but it's not true. 200 bucks to break contract. Don't know why they have high reviews. The reviews were why I chose them. Maybe contact bbb. This is a scam

They need to give people a three day advance warning before appointment. Not the evening before. The technician was great.
