Tucker was amazingly good in servicing my property and answering a myriad of questions for me. He was very thorough this time this morning.
I am always pleased with the work that Aptive does when they come to our home for pest control. They are professional and timely on their job here I would give them a 10 for their work today
I was tied up all day and wasn’t aware that he came. I was glad to see that he did make it, and his explanation of what service he provided. That’s excellent.
Love that they message you 30 to 60 mins prior to arriving. Always responsive. Never judges or acknowledges the fact that the yard & house is usually a disaster. Always very polite. Answers questions if needed. Highly recommend. Love the photo updates !
Shout out to Jake and Paul for being extra cool and professional! Michael, the tech also a good job and appreciate the pics to go with it.
