We had aggressive solicitors selling Aptive services. We have "no solicitor" signs and they ignored them. They got aggressive with my 80 year old neighbor. They do not have a license to sell in my city and we needed to engage the police. Would not call me back to discuss.

Very fraudulent billing activity. I signed up for 1 year of service. Prior to the end of the 1 year contract date, I called them to cancel because I was selling the house. They told me to call back on a certain date to actually cancel, which I did. When I called back on the date they advised, I made a final payment and was told my contract was cancelled, over, and paid in full. Instead, they keep wanting to bill me for additional months.
Sounds like they sign you up, then refuse to cancel it and keep trying to collect more $$.

I have no problems with this company. They have eliminated the wasp nests and spiders that were a big problem for me. The workers are fast and thorough.
Christopher did a great job explaining the different treatments and what to expect from it. He was also extremely quiet working in my mom’s apartment while she was napping. There was no awful smell or stains from the interior treatment. 👍
