I’d give ZERO stars if I could. They stated they’re open, so we headed over with quite a lengthy list of items to purchase. The door was open, the open sign was lit, so we walked in. We were literally yelled at to GET OUT and ushered out because there was one customer in the store. My husband asked the woman working there if she’d like her janitorial sized key ring back, as we found them dangling from the key hole in the entrance door. This was our seconds mistake. She told him to “just leave them alone!” Our third and most disconcerting mistake was actually staying to wait our turn to drop a boatload of money. But another customer had pulled up in the meantime and we discussed the Henny Penny issues. A third customer attempted to walk in while we talked. We warned him. He thought we were joking. He got kicked out, too. So when customer #1 left, we attempted to enter again. Nope. I was asked what “I wanted” but was not allowed in because I was not wearing a mask. We left. The guy after us left along with the guy after him. We are on our way to Allied Pool and will not return to this place again. Our first mistake was going there to begin with.

I love hot tubs, but I never thought I'd actually have one at home. We recently purchased a house that came with a spa, and I had some questions about the gateway that connects it to our home Wi-Fi. The gateway wasn't working, so I called for assistance. After waiting several days for a return call, I stopped by the store to see if I could get some help in person. They were very busy at the time and weren't able to assist me immediately, but they took down my information and said one of their technicians would contact me. It ended up taking about another week before I received a callback. Once I was finally in touch with the technician, I got all the help I needed. They walked me through the issue, and I was able to get everything working properly. My spa now has balanced water chemistry, and I'm able to connect to it through the ControlMySpa app on my phone. Their response time could definitely be improved, but once I reached the right person, the support was knowledgeable and effective. In the end, everything worked out.
Went for service on our swimming pool pump. Customer Service was excellent. So helpful. Saved the day! Thank you Aqua-Fun!

2025 (Nov) update -- just amazing folks! Jim helped me again diagnosing a pair of pump failures. Thankfully, what looked like a a large repair came back as a si.ple repair (with a unique twist). Can't compliment the guys who came out enough, awesome! 2021 -- Excellent folks! Had a small leak on my 14 year old hot tub and Jim helped diagnose it over the phone. Picked up a couple gaskets too (great gals in the shop too), but did not need them in the end to re-seal the leak. Even if I could not solve it my self, I would have them service my tub any day of the week given their professional approach.

Jim installed our inground pool and in ground Hot Tub 34 years ago and both are still working today. They just installed my 3rd liner and the pool looks like new. Our first two liners lasted 17 years each. Aqua Fun has always been available to provide technical advice on water chemistry and servicing of pumps and heaters. The staff and service department have always provided Quality and Professional Service. Many pool construction and service companies have come and gone over the last 34 years but Aqua Fun has always been a reliable company I can depend on.
