I highly recommend Aquatica Wisconsin for your water feature needs. This is our second water feature built by Aquatica over the past 20 years. We originally started with a pond and waterfall and moved to our second feature of a pond-less system. The interview process that Dean (owner / founder) holds with you to capture your wishes is inspirational. His listening and questions led to an artistic design that was exceptional. The crew that came out to build the feature took the drawing and transformed the paper and colored pencil masterpiece into a living ecosystem beyond our wildest dreams! The communication and design on site and tweaking based on our input and site lines from our house were immediately applied to the build. The communication was excellent regarding the build plan and how long the project would take. All of our questions were answered promptly. We had really good interaction with the Aquatica team of Aaron and Zach. The feature is set up now for many, many years of enjoyment. We love it. I know from experience that the maintenance team is equally professional and competent at cleaning out and repairing your water feature. Aquatica provides excellent guidance on how to maintain features and the ecosystem. Thank you!

We highly recommend Aquatica! What a wonderful experience! Right from the start, we felt like we were their only customer. Sean and Dean were very available, accommodating and great listeners in the planning stages; and Aaron, Zac and crew were great to work with on the buildout. We had a great time! From both the inside and outside our home, the waterfall draws us to experience it's sights and sounds. Birds drop by several times a day for drinks and baths. We love the living sculpture that Aquatica created. It's a dream come true, and better than we ever imagined!

Wes and Scott delivered service that was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and communication stood out. They walked us through everything they were doing, explained the condition of our pond with clarity, and handled all equipment checks with impressive care—especially when it came to honoring items still under warranty.
Their craftsmanship was remarkable. They rebuilt and restacked our stone waterfall so beautifully that it now looks better than it ever has—and it already looked fantastic. They also straightened and refined the pond lighting with ease, leaving the entire space looking polished, intentional, and elevated.
Chris, who manages scheduling and billing, deserves equal praise. He is approachable, responsive, and consistently quick to answer questions. His communication made the entire process smooth, organized, and stress‑free.
