Can’t say better things about these guys. Brent ,Trevor and team as well as GM Beth are knowledgeable, and helped me get my yard and irrigation system rebooted when no one else seemed to know how. Highly recommend. Friendly,smart and on point.

They've been maintaining our system since we moved to our current house two years ago. The techs are always friendly and helpful, and the office responds quickly to scheduling requests. We've partnered on several additions/improvements to the system to support the landscaping enhancements we've done and I'm pleased with the results.

We had our annual turf work done and sadly the company busted the main line for the landscaping water feed and damaged some zones. Called Aqueduct and Brenton was dispatched. He was simply great. Professional and courteous and completed the job quickly. Even checked the entire system to ensure other parts were working correctly Highly recommend.

This company is nothing but a nightmare to deal with. Everything from poor customer service, poor communication, unrealistic prices, they never come out when they say they are, they are constantly saying that they are backed up and can’t come out.
They recently did a huge project on our neighbors irrigatIon system that we share with them on well water and they are refusing to come to our house to get our water turned on. They dropped us customers because they don’t want to deal with us. Are they hiding something that they did during the construction process at our neighbors. I would never recommend this company. GO ELSEWHERE. What company drops a paying customer???? This company is shady.

We’re sorry to hear you are unhappy, but as we stated in writing, we made the decision to terminate any relationship due to repeated verbally abusive behavior that created an environment where our staff felt unsafe. The gentleman you sent out today he is from Cuba. I forgot his name, unfortunately but he was so accommodating and helpful. There was an area that was not being well watered and he rearranged the heads and now everything is well covered, and I greatly appreciated what he did today.

Over the past decade I've had interactions with most of the big irrigation companies in the Nashville area. I can honestly say aqueduct is one of the few places with great communication. Even during the busy season I've always received a call back by the end of the day.
