Javon has done an exceptional job with the move in process. She always follows up when she says she will and is always available for all of my questions…even on the weekends! She’s very compassionate and easy to work with. Looking forward to a long relationship!

The staff at Arbor Terrace have gone above and beyond to help my mother transition into assisted living.
Jennifer was exceptionally helpful in guiding us to the perfect space for her needs. Ja’Vohn answered our many questions and coordinated a completely seamless move-in and orientation day. Makieu continues to ensure my mother’s wellness needs are met to the fullest, and her daily aides are consistently kind and responsive.
Beyond the impressive amenities, my mother is particularly enjoying the wonderful daily meals! Arbor Terrace is a beautiful, warm, and welcoming community—we couldn’t be happier with my mother’s new home.

As a geriatric care manager, my role is to advocate for best quality of life for my clients. Doing so requires partnership with the care providers in place for that client. I recently had a client move into the Evergreen (memory care) Neighborhood under the leadership of Alicia Meade. This is a complex situation with many moving parts and Alicia has exceeded my expectations in regards to communication and time/energy invested in navigating the transition. I have been in some aspect of senior living for almost 20 years.and can speak to the rarity of a director like Alicia.
Her passion and care for those on the dementia journey shines through in all she does. It is a privilege to partner with her and both the family and I are grateful for her.
There are many shining stars in this community - Darlene the concierge, Susan the Med Tech, the AL dining staff, Makieu the AL Wellness Director… the list goes on. No community is ever going to be perfect but when you find a community like Arbor, where there is sincere intention, accountability. and heart woven into the daily care, you can be assured your loved one is in the right place.

I CAN NOT say enough great things about this place. Ja'Vohn, Jennifer, Makieu, and the rest of the team have been AMAZING. They helped make a very complicated and stressful situation into a blessing for our family. Communication was clear, helpful, and specific, yet someone has been available to answer my questions every step of the way. They've been patient when I didn't know what I didn't know and stepped up when I needed it. I could go on and on with my accolades. Navigating the care of aging parents is not easy or simple, but having a team like the one at Arbor Terrace is a blessing to have in my corner.
We moved Mom to Arbor Terrace South Forsyth’s Evergreen Memory Care about 3& 1/2 months ago. (She had been at another close by assisted living 6 years and their memory care for about 2 months, so we are familiar with the processes.)
From the initial tour at Arbor Terrace, through the contracting, move- in process, and up until now, we are extremely pleased. The leadership and the ENTIRE staff has been welcoming, so sweet with Mom, and they’ve followed through consistently with her care.
If you haven’t considered Arbor Terrace, take a tour and ask questions. You’ll be glad you did.

Just had our initial visit at Arbor Terrace and our initial impressions are very, vey positive. Ja'vohn showed us around and answered a million questions. She was professional, knowledgeable and just really nice as were all the staff we were able to interact with. Seems like the whole team truly enjoys their work.

We recently moved my FIL into Arbor Terrace and we could not be more happy with the service and the facility. Our move in coordinator Ja’Vohn Paul was absolutely fabulous! She was kind, patient and very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. It was a great first impression and she went out of her way to get answers to our questions. You could tell she really cared and it made this tough transition so easy.
The food here is absolutely amazing and Delores made our dining room experience top Knotch. She made us feel like family
Lois and Latisha were so helpful getting our dad settled in his room and helping us set up some items. They were kind and very friendly.
Makieu Davies - resident care director has been wonderful to work with. She met with our dad prior to his arrival and helped us navigate so many questions. She stopped by to make sure he was doing well on the first day. She has worked really closely with our family and we are grateful for her help and caring attitude.
We met so many people and everyone was caring, fun and kind. These transitions can be really tough, but the staff at Arbor Terrace made it so much easier. From the beginning when we met Jennifer Valiquett who was absolutely phenomenal, we knew we had found a place that would care for our loved ones and give us a peace of mind as if they were home. I know I probably forgot someone, but just know we are very grateful for everyone who has assisted us through this transition.

Helping a family through a move like this is the heart of what we do, and it sounds like your father in law was in good hands from the very first conversation with Jennifer all the way through his first days at home here. Fantastic facility, great layout and very open. Wonderful and passionate and caring staff and through the assessment and tour and move in process Jennifer Valiquett has been a tremendous help and support. She is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about her job and the property. Ja'Vohn Paul has helped coordinate the process and transition extremely well alleviating a lot of the stress and worries of the transition moving into Arbor Terrace. Jennifer was in communication with us the entire time we were on the waiting list for a room to be available and her commitment to my mom and helping and communicating and caring for her during that process and that is 5 stars because it shows caring and compassion not just a pay check. She and the entire staff are absolutely excellent.
