Excellent service performed the agreed upon work and removed 6 old stumps with Bobcat at no charge. Above and beyond service. Thanks
Arborex tree service took down a very big tree of ours. The men worked efficiently and quickly. They were extremely mindful and respectful of the trees. It was a large crew with many pieces of equipment. They clearly knew what they were doing. Extremely professional! They cleaned up everything before they left to…
These guys were quite professional. They all went to work with military precision and were finished faster than expected. They cleaned up everything. We had trees climbed, trees lifted by crane, stumps ground and wood chips spread. They went above and beyond.
Outstanding service very professional service and excellent work done from start to finish to finish Thank you I will definitely recommend you to anyone you were awesome
They arrived and went right to work. Estimate was fair and work was excellent.
Fast, professional and efficient.
Excellent service and pricing! I called Arborex when a tree fell during a storm. Usman came out within hours of my call, and his crew removed the tree and stump the next day! Will definitely use for future needs.
Fast, professional and pleasure to work with. They show up on time and clean up like they weren’t even there. I have used them multiple times now and will continue to use them.
I commend the professional and efficient removal of various trees in my yard by Arborex Tree Services. My concerns were heard, understood and treated with care. Trunks, limbs and leaves were disposed of so nothing was left for me to clean up. Stumps were ground and areas raked as well as blown to leave my lawn in…
Best price for my job after 3 other local quotes (was even able to afford it despite my dog needing surgery as they were that much better in price...other places I had to cancel because I couldn't have afforded both), but he wanted to do the quote despite my trying to cancel it and managed to come in significantly…
Arborex did a 10/10 job! They will be the first people I ever call for any tree work I need!
The Arborex crew showed up as promised and took down 5 tall pine trees and 1 dead hardwood. I asked them to save the large logs for me for firewood and they cut them into about 8’ sections (they measured them!) Clean up was next level. Area they worked in was in better shape than when they arrived. Highly…
We had a really challenging tree removal job, the removal of a 125’ tall pin oak behind our house. Their mobile crane with 170’ of boom was needed to reach all trees in the back yard to be serviced. That huge tree was removed by tying and cutting balanced sections of that it, and lifting those sections over the…
Absolutely amazing! The team did an amazing job removing several extremely large trees! They worked together well, were professional, and prioritized their safety and my property! Super timely with no delays and excellent communication. Highly recommend. 10/10.
Pleased with services received for two large trees removed and stumps ground and two other large trees trimmed in late April, 2026, at a reasonable price. I recommend Arborex Tree Services without hesitation.
We've used Arborex for several projects. They are a always prompt, professional, and do great work!
I cannot thank Usman and his crew enough for the excellent tree removal service they did just before the ice storm about to hit Wake County on 1/25/2026. We had some dangerous trees close to the house that needed to be removed ASAP. These guys came in and removed 12 trees in less than a day with no issues and they…
Arrived promptly and had the tree cut down in no time. Will be using Arborex again in the future.
We Needed a Large Number of Pines Removed Between Two Homes and Our Business. Showed Up Promptly. Removed Trees and Worked With Add on Removals. Excellent Service.
very professional and efficient.
Best Arborist in the Triangle!
Prompt, efficient, professional. Took care to remove 5 dead trees. Successfully avoided our gardens, shrubs and desirable trees. Friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Great service! This is our second time using Arborex. We had tree removal and stump grinding completed this time. Previously, we had pruning and tree removal completed. The work was done professionally, efficiently and the work area cleaned up. We’d use Arborex again.
Fast and thorough work.
The team cut down a dead tree and ground 2 stumps. They were extremely careful to disturb newly planted grass as little as possible and left our yard in pristine condition. They also let me know their stump grinder hit an underground landscape lighting cable which was my fault because I should have dug up beforehand.
Had one tree, struck by lightning, and it's sister tree removed today. ArborEx showed up on time, great team - had the entire job finished in just a few hours. We had four bids and selected ArborEx based on their knowledge of what needed to be done with minimal impact on our lives. Highly, highly recommend them -…
The attention to detail, professionalism, and timeliness to take care of customers cannot be beat. If you are in need of a company to take care of your trees, look no further than Arborex.
Very happy with the work and Usman is a pleasure to work with.
This is the fourth time we have contracted with Usman and Arborex. Edy and his crew arrived on time and finished the job in 90 minutes. Simply the best tree service in the Triangle. Thanks again, Usman!
Had some damage from the storm last night (8/7/2023). Made a call this morning to Arborex to discuss solutions. Once discussed, we were told his crew would be at the house at 7:15AM. At 7:15 his crew showed up, removed the downed tree from the front yard, in addition to cleaning up all debris in the driveway as…
Usman and team are very friendly, professional and courteous. They were flexible with me on several specific requests, related to how I'd like the process to go, and were cognizant and mindful of my property and surrounding landscaping during the entire job. From initial estimate to job completion the process took…
Arborex was truly incredible start to finish! We got a quote, and within one day of accepting the quote, all 12 of our large trees were removed! The staff was professional and put the utmost care and effort into their work as well as cleanup. Highly recommend for all your tree needs! We will certainly be using them again in the future.
We had an extremely large oak in the back yard of our home that was inaccessible from anywhere but the street. The job would require a crane to be assembled in the street and go over the home for tree removal. Not only that, the tree was extremely close to the home, less than 6 feet away. Usman and his team were…
I called today and asked for a quote for a tree removal. Within 1 hour of me calling, Arborex had the tree removed, the stump ground, and all debris hauled away. They did a great job and are affordable. I highly recommend them.
Excellent service at a reasonable price. Easy to get in touch with when needed. The team was great about cleaning up all of the mess the removal caused. Very knowledgeable about everything.
I am a repeat customer of Arborex Tree Services. I was so impressed with the first job that when it became time to remove another tree there was no hesitation. Arborex was professional and the quality of their work was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them highly.
Arborex Tree Services is FANTASTIC! My friend recommended them to me, and I will forever be grateful! I will be using Arborex for all my tree maintenance in the future. Usman and his team were reasonably priced, professional, prompt and did an incredible job! I can’t speak highly enough about them! Thank you Arborex!
This company is excellent. They removed a very big white oak 10 feet from my house in a hard to access backyard using a crane over the house. They did an amazing job and left the property cleaner than they found it. The crew was on time, polite and competent. I would highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for tree work.
Hire THIS company for your tree service needs! Usman and his team are professional, respectful, and do amazing work. They took down 4 oak trees, ground the stumps, and trimmed another tree in just over 3 hours. No damage to our home or property. Like others have mentioned, they come in with all the right equipment…
Absolutely stunning work from the initial call, assessment, and estimates to the final execution and cleanup. I would highly recommend this company, especially for dangerous large tree removal. I will use again, if the need arises.
These guys did a fantastic job removing a storm damaged tree that had fallen onto the house and carport. They were prompt, they worked efficiently and thoroughly, and at a fair price. I will have them handle all my tree maintenance in future.
First class company right here! We had a challenging situation with a tree on fire (inside) and the owner came immediately to look at it and within 4 hours it was down. Now I see why these guys are highly recommended! Will always use them in the future. Professional and nicest group of guys you will meet. Fair price…
These guys were Beyond Impressive! I have never see a team of guys work together so well and so efficiently! They were on time, worked together quickly and safely and even during the tree removal and tree trimming were constantly cleaning up the job site. It would be next to impossible to find a crew as good at what…
Very Good 4.9 out of 5 stars. The quoting process is very efficient and low pressure - nobody tried to upsell their services. The turn around time was amazing - they completed the job the same day I approved the quote. The quality of work was very good but there were a couple minor issues - some plants around the…
Arborex Tree Service was amazing. As simple as it sounds... They were prompt; did exactly what they had agreed to do; did it in a professional manner; cleaned up after themselves well and went above and beyond to straighten out my yard; did all of these things for the agreed upon price (which was shockingly…
SO IMPRESSED - these guys are true professionals and worth every penny - 100% recommend
The team did a great job and went beyond expectations in a challenging situation while being flexible to stay within my budget. I highly recommend them
We had such a great experience with Arborex. We had a complex project that required multiple consultations and revisions to complete. Arborex was responsive, flexible, and professional. We are beyond happy with the result and would highly recommend them.
Arborex is the best tree service I have used by far! They are quick to respond and provide quality service! They did not ruin my lawn with their equipment and they also made sure not to damage my plants surrounding the tree I had removed. I will continue to use these guys for any other tree services I may need in the future. Thank you Usman and crew!
I can't say enough about how great Arborex tree service is. I've had 4 different tree services here taking down trees in the last 2 years. Arborex is the best by far. A far more professional crew, using far better equipment, giving me far better results. When they were done, everything was cleaned up. In fact I…

These guys have been helping me with managing my trees for about 10 years and ALWAYS do an AMAZING job!! Usman was very responsive, had some good suggestions for dealing with the tree; his crew was on time, did good work, and cleaned up. Highly recommend.
It was our pleasure to have Arborex remove and stump out multiple trees on our property. They were efficient from first scheduling a time to give a proposal to the final cleanup and inspection of the work. We highly recommend Arborex Tree Service.
Usman and his Arborex crew expertly removed an extremely large oak, a birch and a gingko that were growing too close to our house. Communication with Usman was great and the job got finished sooner than expected. If you have time to watch the work, I highly recommend it as it is a great show! I highly recommend…
Couldn't be more pleased with Arborex Tree Services. They were excellent in every respect -- removing two very large trees, grinding the stumps, cleaning up afterwards, professional and courteous service. Thank you Arborex. Tom and Diane, Durham, NC
They did an amazing job. No yard damage, unmatched pricing. My neighbor was so impressed by their work that she asked them during the time of my service for her own service - and they accommodated her. Choose this company , you won’t regret it !
If you’re in the Triangle area and need trees trimmed or removed, I can’t recommend Arborex Tree Service enough. The owner, Usman, is fantastic to work with and he and his crew did the job exactly how we had discussed. We got three estimates and he was clearly the most knowledgeable and the easiest to work with, and…
