Friendly staff, excellent work and clean up! Good pricing and fast service!
I have used Arbortech twice and will use them again. They are now my go to tree experts. Matt knows trees as his dad is a top arborist. He will to give you great guidance. He told me not to cut down one tree because it was healthy and posed no danger. His last assignment was people and complex, bringing down a large penny eucalyptus which on a hill well behind my house with no access. It was incredible to watch his team work. In a day and age where lots of unskilled people are going into tree cutting, it pays to work with professionals. And Arbortech prices competitively so you get expert care at a reasonable price.

9/5/2026 - Since this review, one of the owners called me personally to get more information from me regarding my ONE star review, and to resolve the problem. Sounds like he can fix the problem. Thank you Matt for your call and resolution. 9/3/2026 Here is my ONE star review - This company advertises they do tree care. They do not. I am specifically looking for tree care. Not SPRAY the tree care. (I never mentioned the word spray. They need to update how they are listed and what they say they do.
Gina, I am sorry we do not perform the type of work you require. We do not perform Chemical treatments at this time, however, we perform a wide variety of other important Tree care services.
I have a 32-year-old olive tree in need of a thorough trimming. It was very dense and overgrown. I wanted to find a great tree trimming company that can clean up and shape the tree. After researching several companies, I was very impressed by the reviews I read and the high praise by my neighbor who used Arbor Tech Inc. The reviews and recommendations were spot on. From making the appointment, receiving the quote, arriving exactly as scheduled, providing recommendations on how to approach the trimming for the best shape for the long term, being very efficient as a team, and cleaned up after everything was done. The team of Javier, Pedro, Antonio and Luis did an amazing job on the tree. I also want to thank Alex who provided the quote and Gregory the office manager. They were all an absolute pleasure to work with. If you need any kind of tree service who is professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with, contact ArborTech Inc. in Hayward.
I’ve had an ugly messy tree in my children’s play area my wife and I needed it removed. ArborTech came out, gave us an extremely fair quote and did a great job removing the tree, even the stump in the ground. Great crew and cleaned up all the mess, you can’t even tell the tree was there. Thank you ArborTech!
ArborTech is approved by the City of Fremont as a tree and concrete sidewalk contractor. Ron and his crew provided highly professional service. They did an excellent job removing my old tree, planting a replacement, removing the damaged and uneven sidewalk, and installing a brand-new concrete path. I just want to thank the Arbortech Team for helping me out and doing an amazing job! Thank you!
Arbortech performed high-quality sidewalk repair and preserved my beloved 25 year-old oak tree. They operate on trust and honesty. Ron came to my home and provided a verbal estimate. Arbortech did all that was needed to secure permits and inspections. That part is lengthy in Fremont. However, once the work started, it completed in 6 days. They removed cement that was damaged by the tree, and replaced with rock and plants that will grow in harmony with the oak. They also replaced the damaged cement surrounding the tree, and adjacent to the ADA section. Beautiful match with existing colors. Prior to pouring, Sergio and I spoke about next steps. He understood my desire to extend sprinklers and add plantings where some of the cement was removed, so he prepared the area to accomplish that. I love the way he and Ron listened to what was wanted, and executed perfectly. Upon conclusion of the work, I paid what Ron had quoted me months earlier, and Arbortech provided all the necessary paperwork to demonstrate compliance with Fremont's 50/50 sidewalk repair program.
Love Matt and his team - super reasonable price and accountable
