I called with a couple of questions about a shower door that slams shut (installed by a different company). The lady gave me a couple of suggestions- very helpful.

First time to call ARC GLASS. Aaron came to our home to assess the issue with our very heavy, 11-year old frameless shower doors. The doors were getting harder and harder to open or close. He explained that our rollers were shot. Aaron asked if we were aware that there was a small chip on one of the doors (which could have led to a shattered scenario). Roller parts were ordered. Juan and Dave came out and replaced the bad rollers. They explained how they changed the rollers, tweaked an alignment issue, tightened a handle, and said that we were ‘good to go’. To my understanding, ARC GLASS is a family-owned business with one location. Aaron, Juan and Dave could not have been nicer or more courteous. Exceptional job ARC, kudos!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that Aaron, Juan, and Dave provided you with exceptional service from start to finish. We’re especially glad Aaron was able to identify the worn rollers and point out the small chip in the glass so it could be addressed before it became a bigger concern. Our goal is always to make sure our customers feel informed, comfortable, and confident in the work we do. As a family-owned local business, we truly appreciate your support and kind words about our team. We’ll be sure to share your kudos with Aaron, Juan, and Dave. Thank you for choosing ARC Glass—we’re grateful for your business! — The ARC Glass Team
