Arete Pest Control at a glance
Customers frequently cite punctuality, professional demeanor, and thorough inspections as key benefits of the pest control services. Reviewers note that technicians provide detailed information on preventing reinfestation and effectively address issues like roaches and ants. However, a minority of low-star reviews report recurring problems with late arrivals, no-shows, and billing for services not performed, alongside complaints about insufficient on-site time for larger properties.
