Arizona Roofers

They helped me file an insurance claim after the last hail storm! They took care of everything and made my life so easy! My new roof looks awesome

Terrible customer service. A lot of "We're sorry" but no action. Multiple promises to call us back; never happened. There are MUCH better options out there, go elsewhere.

Christian came out was very personable took a look at my roof and gave me honest opinion that it wasnt needing to be replaced! You don't get that in business anymore. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend Arizona Roofers ask for Christian for your inspection.

Had Christian out was great, on time. Was over and above what we expected for his inspection. Helped us find the source of our leak. Found out it wasn't a roof leak and he was honest about it.

Ben and Claude provided great customer service and communication throughout! The roofers did a great job on my tile roof repairs! They're the best roofers around!

Easily the best contractor I’ve ever hired. Their customer service was tip pot

I chose Arizona Roofers to replace the shingle roof on my home in Payson, AZ, and every phase, from start to finish, was executed flawlessly and exceeded all of my expectations. One complication was the solar panels that needed to be removed and then reinstalled upon completion of the roof, and this was something Arizona Roofers could handle, thus making one less worry for me. Arizona Roofers did it all and the entire experience could not have been better! It took just one phone call for me to decide that I had contacted the right roofing company as a very friendly and considerate live person answered the phone on a Saturday morning, answered all of my many questions, and scheduled an appointment with Cole for the following Tuesday. 5 Stars! Cole arrived right on time, calling me a bit in advance with an estimated time of arrival, and did an exceptional job detailing the work to be done and the materials needed, and after meeting with him I was further convinced that I had chosen the right company. 5 Stars! Arizona Roofers believe in communication and every stage of the project was communicated to me and there was never a moment when I wasn’t fully informed. The office staff I spoke with were always friendly and knowledgeable, helpful in the extreme to do all they could to see that my needs were met, even going so far as to assist in the choice of shingle color. 5 Stars! Ben, the project manager, phoned the evening before the start date to outline the work that would begin the next morning. Ben was friendly, thorough and concise in answering all of my question and, after conversing with Ben, I was left with zero doubts that I had chosen the right company. 5 Stars! The crew arrived right on time and immediately began their work. They worked diligently throughout the day ultimately completing the work, including an amazing job of cleanup, shortly before dark. Ben arrived mid-morning to inspect the work in progress and to take photos, and he came back the next morning for a final inspection and more photos. He also went over the entire yard multiple times with a magnet, picking up any errant nails/staples and the like. The crew and Ben all did a phenominal job. 5 Stars! From my very first contact with Arizona Roofers to the final reinstall of the solar panels that completed the job, everything went without a hitch and it is so nice to know that competence and professionalism still exist. Arizona Roofers was a great experience! 5 Stars!
